(Head office located in Osaka; President & CEO: Koichi Takagi, "MARUHO") to enter into an option agreement for ChronSeal®. A multi-center phase I/II clinical trial of ChronSeal® is currently underway for the subjects with venous leg ulcers in Norway and Sweden (refer to our press releases dated 3 December 2008 and 28 January 2009).
