(hereinafter referred to as “HVC GROUP”) are committed to protecting information that personally identifies customers (hereinafter referred to as “Private Information”), and each member of HVC GROUP is to be responsible for appropriate information management and strives for the effective enforcement of this policy to fulfill the expectations that our customers including shareholders, fund investors, and portfolio companies have on us.

1. HVC GROUP only use the Private Information obtained for the following purposes in respect to the establishment of funds and the like, investment, improvement of the value of investee companies, and the collection of investment, in order to realize value creation through private equity:
   
   (1) Establishment and management of funds etc., and related/additional operations thereof.
   To introduce funds, etc, and related services thereof,
   To do administrative work on establishment and management of funds, etc., and
   To report .investment performance and the like of funds, etc. to investors.
   
   (2) Private equity investment and related/additional operations thereof
   To find potential investee companies,
   To develop capital / financial policies for potential investee companies,
   To determine if prospective investee companies are worth investing through investigation / evaluation of business feasibility, technology and products, and
   To execute the rights or obligations pursuant to relevant laws or contracts, or otherwise, to perform administrative work relating to investments.
   
   (3) To introduce and execute services provided by HVC GROUP and outside supporting companies, for the purpose of increasing the value of investee companies (including consultation), and to perform some other related administrative work.
   
   (4) To sell valuable instrument and to perform relevant administrative work thereof.
   
   (5) In case we are commissioned to dispose all or part of the private information, etc., to properly perform such operations.
   
   (6) To procure or provide the products, services and funds necessary for HVC GROUP to carry out its services.
   
   (7) To perform transactions with customers in a proper and smooth manner.
   
   
2. HVC GROUP will take proper information security measures against unauthorized access and computer virus, etc. to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of Private Information.
